  • "Working with Molly has been a life-changing experience. When I first came to her, I was in a wheelchair and facing the daunting prospect of never being able to walk up stairs again. Thanks to her unwavering dedication, expertise, and endless support, I can now confidently say that I am walking up stairs and enjoying a level of freedom I thought was lost to me forever."

  • From working with Molly, I was able to start doing variated yoga poses based on my ability and have gained confidence in walking again, as well as practicing going up and down the stairs. I can't thank her enough for helping me overcome my fears and discover things that I am still capable of.

FAQs

  • Also known as Neurophysiotherapy, it is a specialist form of physiotherapy for individuals who have damage or injury to their brain, spinal cord or nervous system which could affect their movement and function. It involves assessment, treatment and management of these conditions. A broad range of neurological conditions are treated, such as stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury, multiple sclerosis, neuropathy and fatigue.

  • The Buteyko Method is an evidence based, drug free method, aimed at calming your nervous system to influence your breathing. The method is based on retraining your breath to slow it down, making it light and effortless. This allows your body to find a rate of breath that we were all naturally programmed to do. A high rate of breathing is linked to many illnesses and research has found we can reduce or even reverse these illnesses, by changing the rate and the way that we breath. This technique has so many applications such as asthma, sleep disorders such as insomnia and snoring, anxiety, cough and hayfever.

  • Yoga and Pilates are a form of mindful movement and incorporate the breath. Both practices aim to improve your overall, functional strength, balance, core stability and flexibility.

They are a great, low impact, low cost way of connecting with your body and improving your physical and mental wellbeing. Moving together in a group setting can also be extremely powerful. All you need is a mat and an open mind.
